Midland Employment Resource
Centre (ERC)
Since 1996, the YMCA of Simcoe/Muskoka's Employment
and Community Services Department has operated the Midland Employment Resource Centre (ERC). The
ERC is a self directed job search that offers a variety of services to all Canadian
citizens. Services are available in English and French.
Drop in services include computers for resume and
cover letter preparation, internet access, a resource library, assessment
tools, and a no charge facsimile, photocopy, and telephone use for job search. Services to help you get back to work include One-on-One appointments with an Employment Specialist, Mission Employment, Career
Exploration workshops, and a variety of monthly workshops.
