We can provide your group the choice of 15 meeting rooms offering a variety of sizes, form and function with each fully equipped to meet the specific and unique needs of your event. We also have 3 additional meeting areas that allow conversation and interaction in an informal and relaxed environment. When the weather allows, we can expand our meeting space to include our acres of lakeside lawns.

We can also address the full range of technical requirements to support your meetings. From audio visual equipment to basic telephone and broadband high speed internet connections, we have what you need to make your meeting complete.

Whether you need one small meeting room, a large auditorium or a combination of breakout rooms, let our experienced conference team assist you in deciding the best arrangement and support services to make your event memorable.

Accommodations
From the fieldstone fireplace in our lakeside cottage, to our efficiency suites and deluxe rooms, we offer accommodation to suit almost any group at any price range.

We have single and double rooms, comfortable suites, an executive retreat cottage that accommodates up to 20 guests and rustic student residences. All our rooms and suites are close to the shores of beautiful Lake Couchiching, and many feature lakeside balconies and yes, even windows that open!

Hospitality and Dining
Our cathedral ceiling lounge and 250-seat dining room offers spectacular lake views, where our Chef and his team carefully plan and prepare the menu for each group.

Our frequently-praised dining staff can cater to almost any dietary request, and pride themselves on the quality of each dish. Sample menus and suggestions are available in our conference package, and our Chef is available to personally assist in planning special menus, banquets, or outdoor barbeques.
