
Experience the Force of Gravity
Gravity is an exciting state of the art resistance program that allows participants to exercise under the watchful eye of a qualified YMCA Coach. Gravity provides an excellent platform for all abilities. Beginners enjoy the supervised group atmosphere of an introductory class while intermediate and advanced exercisers love the intensity, energy and challenge of the gravity system.
