Summary of Position:

As a Supply Educator, you will step in as needed to provide a supportive, nurturing, and engaging atmosphere for our children across various age groups. Key Responsibilities
. Assist permanent staff in all aspects of their duties, working collaboratively to ensure a high-quality childcare program.
. Uphold a clean, safe, and caring environment.
. Communicate effectively with team members, parents, and children.
. Adapt to the needs of children.
. Follow all centre policies and regional regulations.

Qualifications
Minimum one-year experience in childcare or a related field
. Non-RECE or RECE, with a sound understanding of early childhood development

. Valid First Aid and CPR Certification

. Knowledge of relevant acts (CCEYA & OHSA)

. Clear criminal background check

. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

. A flexible and adaptable approach.

. A genuine passion for childcare and early education
