All YMCA of Simcoe/Muskoka Members will be asked to complete this 4-question digital COVID-19 health screening upon arrival.

This tool will help you determine if it is safe for you and those in your party to participate. The screening data is secure and won’t be collected or shared in any way – it’s simply a way for you to know if it is safe for you and others to participate.
