Job Description
We’re looking for an organized, motivated, and people-focused individual to join our team
as an Administrative & Marketing Coordinator. This role is essential in ensuring smooth
office operations, accurate bookkeeping, strong customer communication, and creative
social media marketing.

Responsibilities
• Perform general bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records
• Answer and manage phone calls and emails in a professional manner
• Enter data and update customer files and databases
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships
• Support in-house team members and maintain a cooperative work environment
• Create and manage social media content and marketing campaigns
• Assist with marketing materials and customer outreach
• Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and care
• Be a true team player — “Together Everybody Achieves More.” Willing to work
collaboratively as a “doer” to get things done, go the extra mile, achieve company goals,
and help the business grow

Qualifications

Required:
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be well-mannered and
professional at all times
• Experience with bookkeeping or accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
• Team player with a positive attitude and professional demeanor

Preferred:
• Prior experience in an administrative, customer service, or marketing role
• Knowledge of HVAC industry operations (asset but not required)
