Associate Store Manager

We’re looking for an Associate Store Manager to join our team. This is a key leadership role for someone who’s organized, detail-oriented, and ready to help manage daily store operations.

Job Details:

• Wage: $22/hour to start

• Bonuses: Performance-based bonus opportunities

• Schedule: 40 hours per week, we offer schedule flexibility, with one evening shift per week and every other weekend as set shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up product displays based on planograms provided by corporate office

• Update the computer systems with stock updates, look after daily reports

• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floors

• Assist customers and ensure great service

• Plan and organize stocking

• Create and manage schedules for a team of 20–30 employees

What We’re Looking For:

• Retail or grocery store experience preferred

• Comfortable using computer systems

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented
