Customer Service Associate / Cashier

Duties:
– Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
– Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently
– Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
– Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
– Promote and upsell products or services to customers
– Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels
– Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers

– Be able to work independently

– Be consistent, reliable and responsible

Skills:
– Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet customer needs promptly
– Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
– Experience in handling cash transactions accurately
– Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems for efficient checkout processes

We are currently looking to fill Full and Part-time positions, flexible hours position that could involve opening and/or closing the store and will include weekends.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
