Job Description

As a Cook/Server, you’ll be responsible for both preparing food according to recipes and serving customers, ensuring a positive dining experience while maintaining a clean and organized workspace

Food Preparation:

• Prepare ingredients by following recipes, slicing, cutting, chopping, mincing, stirring, whipping, and mixing ingredients.
• Cook food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.
• Clean and sanitize cooking surfaces at the end of the shift

Inventory and Supplies:

• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies.
• Set up and stock food items and other necessary supplies.
• Quality and Standards:
• Ensure all food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and quality.
• Adhere to proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures.

Other duties

• Assist with opening and closing duties, such as restocking supplies and cleaning the dining area.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standard

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Good communication skills.
• Food safety knowledge and experience.
• Cleanliness and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
