We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Care Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:
· Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
· Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
· Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
· Process orders, returns, and account updates as needed.
· Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
· Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
· Previous experience in customer service or a related role is preferred.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM tools.
· A positive attitude and a commitment to excellent service.

Level of Education Required: High School/College
Level of Experience Required: 4 years
