Produce Manager

We’re looking for a Produce Manager. You’ll be responsible for keeping the produce department running smoothly and leading a small team.

Job Details:

• Wage: $22/hr to start

• Schedule: 40 hours a week with some flexibility in shift-timing

• Hours: Some evening and weekend work required

• Bonuses: Earn bonuses based on performance

• Status: Full-time, year-round

Responsibilities:

• Ensure freshness and quality of all produce

• Oversee ordering, inventory, and product rotation

• Schedule and lead a team (1–2 staff in slower months, up to 4 in peak season)

• Train, support, and keep team members on task

• Use computer systems for ordering, tracking, and scheduling

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a grocery store or retail environment

• Comfortable using computer systems and tools

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Friendly and customer-focused
