Registered Nurse / Registered Practical Nurse – 2 positions – Health

Key Responsibilities:
-Provide primary care and home dialysis support in collaboration with the Regional Kidney Care Program
-Administer and monitor treatments as prescribed
-Conduct nursing assessments, maintain records, and prepare reports
-Support chronic disease management and provide health education
-Perform equipment checks and manage medical inventory
-Coordinate with families and healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care
-Maintain client confidentiality and adequate supplies

Qualifications:
-Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario (in good standing)
-RNAO membership (if applicable)Current BCLS certification
-Hemodialysis experience considered an asset
-Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills
-Ability to work independently and in a team environment
-Commitment to community health; knowledge of First Nations communities is an asset
-Certifications in phlebotomy, IV therapy, or wound care are assets
-Valid driver’s licence
