Busy family medical clinic looking for a mature, reliable and motivated individual to join our team.
This is an entry level position. Experience working in an office/clinic setting and working with an electronic record system an asset but training will be provided.
Our ideal team member would be able to demonstrate the following qualities:
- Connect with patients and provide excellent customer service
- Work and communicate effectively within a collaborative team
- Problem solve and multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Feel comfortable using a variety of computer software and applications
Some day to day job duties will include:
- Greet patients, answer and direct telephone calls
- Book appointments
- Scan, file, and attach documents using an electronic medical record system
