About the Role – Service Advisor
As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the bridge between our customers and our service technicians. Your role is critical in ensuring customers feel heard, informed, and confident in the services we provide. If you’re a strong communicator with a passion for delivering top-tier customer service, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist with their service inquiries
• Clearly explain recommended maintenance and repair services
• Communicate effectively with technicians to relay vehicle concerns and updates
• Provide accurate estimates and obtain customer approvals
• Maintain regular follow-ups with customers on vehicle status and completion
• Ensure all repair orders are properly documented and closed
• Deliver an exceptional service experience from drop-off to vehicle pickup

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a dealership or automotive service environment is required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of automotive systems and terminology
• Proficient with dealership management systems (DMS) and repair order processes
• High school diploma or equivalent

Wages and vacation entitlements will be discussed based on experience during the interview process.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
