Position Description:
-Responsible for the ground’s maintenance and landscaping of the property
-Responsible for the repairs and maintenance of all community buildings and equipment
-Providing support to residence as required, such as firewood delivery
-Water testing and record keeping daily
-Maintaining the pool and spa facilities
-Responsible in managing and keeping records of the upkeep of the septic systems
-Responsible in maintaining all Health & Safety aspects of the Community and Community Buildings
-Responsible for cleaning work area, tools and equipment.
-Responsible for courteous, efficient response at all times.
-Operate within the applicable Occupational Health & Safety legislation and company policies
-Be prepared to accept after hour calls and act on emergencies as required.

Education and Experience:
-Clean Driver’s Abstract
-Current water ticket or pool certificate preferred.
Skills and Abilities:
-Must be willing to take water & Pool certification course at the beginning of employment.
-Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
-Ability to lift, push and pull up to 25Ibs frequently and up to 50Ibs infrequently; ability to work at heights
-Excellent oral & written communication skills
-Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and organizational skills

Krown Midland is looking for a new team member who will fill the role of Car washer / shop hand in our fast-paced team. This role will be in charge of washing the vehicles after they have received a Krown Rust Protection Application and helping the Krown Technicians by providing them a second hand when needed. The Tech hand aspect of this position will include tasks that will assist the Krown Technician in completing their job quickly and efficiently.

In our busy season we service upwards of 45 vehicles a day and it is a fast-paced environment where you will be on your feet for most of the day.

This role will require skills such as:

– The hours for this position will be Monday to Friday and alternating Saturdays.
