The YMCA has always been a place for meaningful work experiences, not only because of the opportunities we offer, but because of why we’re here. When you measure success by how many people you have helped, it adds a deeper sense of purpose to what we do each and every day. By striving to improve our employee experience, we have made the YMCA a great place to work while serving our communities and connecting people to meaningful experiences.
Employment Opportunities
The YMCA of Simcoe/Muskoka includes 5 Health, Fitness and Aquatics centres, over 65 child care facilities, a comprehensive, multi-location Employment and Learning Services department, Immigrant and Youth Services centre, Youth Leadership, Day Camps, and of course, Camp Kitchikewana.
The YMCA provides meaningful work that offers rich returns – building vibrant, connected communities where everyone belongs. You work with like-minded people who believe in the values of the Y – kindness, integrity, inclusiveness, respect, and optimism.
