Midland YMCA – Hot Water Disruption – Ongoing
The Collingwood YMCA will be closed from June 23rd to June 26th, due to critical repairs to our water main. This work is necessary to ensure the continued safety and operation of our facility.
During this time, all programs and services at our location will be cancelled. We encourage you to visit our Wasaga Beach YMCA location, which is just a short drive from Collingwood, to continue your workouts and activities. Our team will be back and ready to welcome you on June 27th.

Please be advised that Wednesday Cycle classes from 7:00 a.m. to 7:45 a.m. will be canceled for the remainder of the current session. The classes are expected to resume in the Fall.
The following dates are affected: June 3rd, June 10th & June 24th.

The Wasaga Beach gymnasium will be closed as follows:
• Monday, June 22nd, 2:00pm to 9:00pm for Worsley Graduation
• Wednesday, June 24th, 6:00am to 5:00pm for Seniors Symposium
• Sunday, July 5th, for Comicon, Tradeshow and Wrestling
Please note the Wasaga Beach YMCA pool deck will be closed from Monday June 29th to Sunday July 5th for cleaning and maintenance.
As part of our annual pool maintenance, the pool and hot tub will be closed from June 16th to June 29th, 2026. We will reopen on June 30th, 2026.
All aquatic classes and programs will be cancelled during this time.

There will be three days of class cancellations in the Studio due to floor refinishing:
Monday, June 15th – Pilates/Yoga 10:30-11:30am, Cycle 6:00-6:45pm, Yoga 7:00-8:00pm
Tuesday, June 16th – Cycle 7:00-7:45am, Drums Alive 10:30-11:15am, Chair Yoga 11:30-12:30pm, Cardio Kick/Core 6:30-7:15pm
Wednesday, June 17th – Cycle 7:00-7:45am, Pilates 10:30-11:30am, Zumba 11:45-12:30pm, Cycle 6:00-6:30pm
Please be advised that the Midland YMCA is currently experiencing issues with our hot water supply. The repair requires a custom-built part with a turnaround time from the manufacturer of 7–8 weeks. The work is expected to be complete the week of May 18. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
