Construction Labourer/Carpenter Helper

MG Homes is looking for a motivated, dependable individual to join our custom home construction team.

We build quality homes from the ground up and are seeking someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in a job well done, and wants to grow their skills in residential construction.

Responsibilities:
• Assisting with new home construction
• Framing and exterior work
• Interior finishing and trim installation
• Site preparation and clean-up
• Material handling and deliveries
• General carpentry and construction tasks
• Working alongside an experienced builder on a variety of projects

Qualifications:
• Construction experience preferred but not required
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Physically capable of lifting and carrying building materials
• Willingness to learn and take direction
