Pool Attendant

Reporting to the Enrichment Manager/ Supervisor, Pool Attendants are responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests while performing all the duties associated with being a Pool Attendant according to the training provided.

Requirements
Completion of JW Marriott the Rosseau Muskoka HR Departmental training and Enrichment Training

Accountabilities
-Read the white board and attend stand-up meetings before starting the shift.
-Opening and closing duties as required.
-Fold towels and make sure the shelves are stocked always.
-Ensure the pool chairs are neat and tidy.
-Empty towel cart and bring to housekeeping, take back empty towel cart.
-Check both men and woman washroom for dirty towels and cleanliness.
-Place one folded towel on each lounger surrounding only the pool and hot-tub areas.
-Sweep the pool deck/ mop the pool (Longview only) once each day.
-Tidy the pool area (wipe the windowsills in Longview only)
-Regularly offer fresh towels to guests and take away the wet towels.
-Following the departmental policies.
-Being aware of and following the internal practices (BSA, GSS, Daily Rehearsal, Significance of 9.30 meeting and intermission)

20-21.50$/hour
