We are a fast-paced, family-run powersports and marine dealership serving our local community. Spring and summer are our busiest seasons, and we pride ourselves on delivering a smooth, professional customer experience.
We are looking for a highly organized and friendly Service Coordinator to manage customer intake, scheduling, and communication between our service department and customers.
Responsibilities :
-Greet customers and open service work orders
-Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries
-Schedule service appointments and manage daily workflow
-Communicate updates, approvals, and timelines to customers
-Coordinate with technicians and parts department
-Keep service desk organized and running efficiently
Powersports/Marine experience is a bonus, not required. Room for Growth into Management Position!
