Title: Senior Millwright
Reports To: Maintenance Supervisor/Manager
Shift: Afternoons 2:30pm to 11:00 pm

Wage: $47.15 per hour

The Millwright will play a crucial role in supporting the team within our highly technical fabrication facility.
They will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of advanced CNC machinery, PLC-controlled equipment, robotics, and various other highly automated systems. By applying their expertise, the Millwright will contribute to maintaining a safe and productive work environment, helping to drive the success of our fabrication processes. As a Sr Millwright you will coach, mentor and help develop others within the team.

Education & Experience:
-High School Diploma/GED, College (Trade School), and Completion of Apprenticeship as a Millwright, and hold a Red Seal or Journeyman Millwright Certification (433A)
-5+ years’ post certification (or proven proficiency) working with complex, highly technical and automated machinery
-Demonstrated hands-on experience and skills to troubleshooting and repairs different types of equipment in a fast-paced automated manufacturing/industrial environment, including Amada CNC
-Brakes, Amada Lasers, Trumpf 3030 Lasers, Prima Turret Punches, Prima SG’s, Prima Combi Lasers,
Safan Brakes, Fanuc M-410i Robots, Fanuc R-30iB Rabots, Yaskawa Motoman YR-1 Robots, Kuka KR 10 Robots
-Deep expertise in hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and machine component
